Domestic Orders:
Cancellation Policy :

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before you order is shipped. You can drop email to shangriladesignersarees@gmail.com or you can call us or whatsapp us wp linkon to cancel the order.

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

Return Policy:

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Or you have to create your Log in and from there you can raise return ticket by going to “RETURN CENTER” given below of the website main page. Kindly take a note return ticket should be raised within 15 DAYS after delivery. Keep your product ready to ship after raising ticket, courier person will come and will pick-up the shipment.

Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.

Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in SURAT.


Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products

shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product

If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging

If the product is customized for you

If the Return is requested after 15 Days of receiving the shipment. 

If the product is made to order

Exchange Policy:

You have to raise an ticket by clicking “RETURN CENTER” option available below the main website page. Please note exchange request should be done within 15 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick-up from your doorstep. No additional charges will be applied for your replaced order.

Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note SHANGRILA will arrange for the pick-up from your door step.

Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it.

Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.

If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.

If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of credit note. 

Return of the exchanged product is not possible. You can only opt for an exchange option again or a credit note which will be valid for the period of 3 months.

International Orders:

If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

You have to create your Log in and from there you can raise return ticket by going to “RETURN CENTER” option given below of the website main page. Kindly take a note return ticket should be raised within 5 days after delivery.

Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non refundable.
